La Fiscalía de Barcelona pidió este viernes ocho años y dos meses de prisión para Shakira, a quien acusa de seis delitos contra Hacienda por defraudar 14.5 millones de euros entre 2012 y 2014.

Según investigación, la colombiana residía en Barcelona cuando estaba domiciliada en Bahamas, además de que gestionaba en Malta y Luxemburgo, países con ventajas fiscales, unos 31.6 millones de euros por derechos de autor de sus canciones.

Pese a que Shakira ya pagó lo que Hacienda le reclama, irá a juicio, después de que la Audiencia de Barcelona lo avalara y ella rechazara este miércoles un pacto con la Fiscalía, pues confía en su inocencia, según comunicado.
